Think of this like a gift voucher, but for yourself/your business.

You can use the credit towards something bigger, or you can get lots of different smaller things. It can't be applied retrospectively - you must apply your Credit before purchasing.

You can use it for (almost) anything Lizzy offers (including 1:1 offers) - see below for more details.

Promotions and launches are a great time to redeem your Lizzy Credit. If Lizzy is launching or there's any bonuses/early birds/discounts/whatever goodies are available, your credit is directly equivalent to paying, so you'll get any extras/discounts too 😉

Lizzy Credit can be redeemed for (almost) anything Lizzy sells - minus a few exceptions (detailed below).

- Templates made by 3rd party creators (e.g. Plug + Play Copy or Design Templates by Fabi Nilsson)

- Memberships/ongoing subscriptions (except for/towards the initial payment)

- Live in-person events (e.g. The Retreat)

- Lizzy Credit 😉

- All Access Passes for any of Lizzy’s Summits/Virtual Events

- Any future collaborative offers (where more than one business is creating/delivering/contributing to the offer/service) e.g. bundles that Lizzy or someone else hosts.

- Sponsorship

- Queer Business Club (as it's an entirely separate business)

If you want to spend some or all of your Credit, simply fill this form:

You'll either:

1. Receive a coupon to use at the checkout
2. Receive a custom payment link with instructions to follow
3. Be given access to the offer(s) directly

We do get a lot of requests to redeem credit (especially around launches!) but we’ll typically process your request within 72 hours (Mon-Fri).

If you’re emailing to redeem Credit within the final few hours of an offer or promotion, please be mindful that:

- we’re all in UK time zone and

- there will be a high volume of requests to redeem Credit at this time.

Provided we've received your request via the form above before the deadline, any discounts, offers, or bonuses will still be honoured for at least 24 hours after we’ve responded to your request to use your Credit.

Please note that you're not able to spend less than $5 Lizzy Credit towards a purchase (unless you purchased the Lizzy Credit). As an example, if you receive $10 Lizzy Credit, and purchase a $9 offer, you are not then able to spend the remaining $1 Lizzy Credit towards something else. 

1. A fixed period of time from date of purchase/issue (e.g. Valid 6 months from date of issue)

or

2. A fixed period of time between two fixed dates, independent of the date of purchase/issue (e.g. Valid between November 30th 2025 and December 31st 2025)

The validity period of your Lizzy Credit is confirmed in writing at the point of purchase/issue.

The last day of your Credit being valid is known as your Expiry Date. Lizzy Credit expires at midnight UK time on the Expiry Date.

Any unused or unspent Credit will no longer remain valid after the Expiry Date has passed and will no longer be valid for redemption.

Expiry Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances, that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As a courtesy, we send you an automated email reminder 60 days, 30 days and 7 days before your Credit Expiry Date, however, please be mindful that it is your responsibility to use your Lizzy Credit before the Expiry Date.

Lizzy Credit is Non-Refundable

Lizzy Credit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by UK law.

If, in the event you wish to claim a refund on a purchase you made using Lizzy Credit (either in full or in part) you must follow the refund request process as laid out in our Terms + Conditions.

Any full or partial payments that were made using Lizzy Credit will be refunded in Lizzy Credit (not in cash). We will adjust Expiry Dates accordingly if necessary.

Lizzy Credit is Non-Transferable

Lizzy Credit cannot be transferred to another person, business, or member of your team under any circumstances. Your Credit is yours and yours alone to spend.

If you have accumulated Credit Balances under multiple email addresses belonging to you. In this instance, we can amalgamate all Credit Balances under one email address, at your request.

We Reserve the Right to Remove or Restrict Lizzy Credit Usage

Where Lizzy Credit has been given as a bonus, a gift, a courtesy, a fun surprise, or under any other circumstance (with the exception of Lizzy Credit that has been purchased), we reserve the right to remove, revoke, restrict or otherwise make void Lizzy Credit balances in case of abuse or exceptional circumstances.

For example, if a payment plan falls into arrears, we may restrict the ability to redeem Lizzy Credit until we're squared away. These circumstances will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Please note this will only show where you have $5+ Lizzy Credit.
